• Every control is at least 44 pixels tall. Text never drops below 17 pixels.
• Colour never carries meaning on its own: a status always has a word.
• If your system asks for reduced motion, nothing on this site moves, and nothing is lost.
• The site works with JavaScript off: the calendar, the order form and checkout all post plain forms.
• The page reflows to 320 pixels wide with no sideways scrolling.
• Every photograph has a written description; decorative art is hidden from screen readers.
