The terms of ordering.

Every order is baked to order for the day you choose. Every order needs 3 days' notice. Orders of 30 squares or more need 5 days' notice. Orders of $70 or more need 5 days' notice. The calendar shows the next 14 days; further out, write to us. We do not bake on Sundays. Each baking day has room for 120 squares. When a day is full, it is full; pick another.

• A half dozen is 6 squares for $18, one flavor.
• A dozen is 12 squares for $34, one flavor.
• A thirty-count box is 30 squares for $70, up to 3 flavors, in any split.
• Pecans and Walnuts can be added to any box for $2 per box.

A $15 deposit holds your day; the rest is paid at pickup. We take card, Cash App, Venmo, and Zelle.

Pickup is by arrangement; we confirm the place and time with you after you order. We are not delivering right now; every order is pickup. We do not ship.

You can cancel from your order page up to 2 days before your day. After that, the squares are already yours.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. If there is an issue with your order, such as damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will work to resolve the matter. Write to orders@sweetsquaresllc.com or call 281-515-9016.

Allergen statements are written by the family for each flavor and shown on every flavor page, on the allergens page and at checkout. You confirm at checkout that you have read them. The kitchen is a home kitchen that handles wheat, eggs, dairy, peanuts and tree nuts.

The text, photographs and marks on this site belong to Sweet Squares LLC. You agree not to use the site for anything unlawful or to interfere with it.

The site is provided as it is; to the extent the law allows, Sweet Squares LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
