What we keep, and why.

When you order: your name, email, phone if you give it, the delivery address if you choose delivery, what you ordered and for which day, how you chose to pay, and the exact text of anything you agreed to. When you ask about catering: your name, email, phone if you give it, and the event details.

Your IP address is stored only as a one-way hash, used to slow down abuse of the forms.

Bake and hand over your order, tell you where it is by the channel you chose, and reply to you. Nothing is sold, rented or shared, except with a payment or messaging provider if the family connects one, and then only what that provider needs.

• No third-party scripts, no advertising trackers, no analytics that identify you.
• No cookies except two of our own: the pan you are filling (a few hours) and, for the family, their sign-in.
• No card numbers are stored here; a card, when enabled, is handled by the payment provider.

Texts are sent only about your order and only if you tick the box at checkout. Reply STOP to any text to stop them; reply START to resume.
